Privacy Policy

Content of online offer
The author does not assume any liability for the topicality, the accuracy, the completeness, or the quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author which refer to damage of physical or idealistic nature caused by the use of, or failure to use the information provided or by the use of inaccurate and incomplete information are, in principle, excluded unless it can be proved that the author acted wilfully or grossly negligent. All offers are subject to confirmation and are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, to supplement, to delete, or to suspend or permanently cease the operation of parts of the pages or of the entire offer without separate announcement.

References and links
For direct or indirect references to third-party Internet websites (Links) outside of the author’s sphere of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into effect by way of the author having knowledge of their respective content and it having been technically feasible and reasonable for the author to avert such use in the event of illegal content. The author therefore expressly declares that at the time of installing the Link, the respectively linked pages were free of illegal content. The author cannot influence the current and future composition and content of the linked pages. Therefore, the author distances himself herewith explicitly from all content of all linked pages which were modified after the Link had been set. This finding applies to all Links and references installed within the author’s own Internet offer and for third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. In the event of illegal, inaccurate, or incomplete content and especially damage resulting from the use of, or failure to use information made available in such form and manner, only the provider of the page to which reference was made is liable and not the provider who merely refers to the respective publication through Links.

Copyright and trademark law
The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio documents, video sequences and text copy used in all publications, and to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences and text copy which the author autonomously created or graphics, audio documents, video sequences and text copy which are non-proprietary. All brands and trademarks named within the Internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are governed without restriction by the provisions laid down in the respectively applicable trademark law and under the ownership rights of the individual registered owners. Citing such brands and trademarks alone shall not be deemed to indicate that they are not protected by third party rights! The copyright to published objects which the author himself created remains exclusively with the author of the pages. The reproduction or use of those graphics, audio documents, video sequences and text copy within other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent on the part of the author.
